Terms and Conditions

Membership From:

In order to confirm your membership of Ladies That Do Networking, prospective members are required to complete the application form in full. On completion of the form, you membership will be reviewed, and if accepted you will be provided with a welcome pack. We reserve the right to reject an applicant.

One Seat Policy and Protected words:

In the spirit of fairness and as a part of the Ladies That Do policy, each member joins on the understanding that they are representing one profession only. The profession is to be identified on the membership application and is to represent their main business or a substantial part of their business activities. Should a business provide more than one primary product or service the member is to focus on their core business within the group or pay for a secondary seat. This policy ensures that there is no professional conflict and or confusion when promoting your business and services.

Image and Marketing Permissions:

Your image may be used for promotional purposes. This includes use on our website and social media platforms. The image(s) will remain your property and will only be used for increasing awareness about your business. Your personal contact details will remain strictly confidential.

Payment details and terms:

All membership fees are payable in full on the first of each month, an automatic payment will be set up on your behalf via GoCardless.

Absences Policy:

To get the most out of your membership, you are expected to attend all of your group meetings. Before submitting your membership application, we ask that you are confident that you can honour this commitment. By attending regularly, we can learn more about you and how we can help you to develop your business.

If you know you are unable to attend a meeting, we request that you send a substitute in your place, this must be advised within the menu option response.

If an emergency arises and you are unable to attend the meeting, please inform Chloe Clark on 07719 435 136 as soon as possible to advise her of your absence.

Please note that if you miss 3 meetings within a 12-month calendar year, running January to December, your membership status will be reviewed.

Complaints Policy:

Should you have any issues with regards to the networking group or members, please firstly contact Chloe Clark and she will do her best to rectify the situation. If she is unable to, this complaint will be passed to me for review.
